Job Description:-

A)Daily / Weekly / Monthly Tasks

  • Bank Transactions update on a daily basis
  • Booking Bank entries for Directors personalaccounts.
  • Checking & vouching all petty cash expenses and keeping track of the same.
  • Salary working preparation.
  • Booking all Vendor Invoices after deduction of TDS as per applicability
  • Preparing Vendor Payments sheet, Sales Report sheet, and Debtors Outstanding sheet every month.
  • Preparing Vendor Registration Documents for Clients.
  • Updating NDA Document / MSA shared by Client.
  • Sharing Vendor Empanelment Documents with the New Vendors.
  • Preparing SOW, NDA for the New Vendors.
  • Credit card statements are to be booked as per statements received, payments are to be made as per due date and a summary is to be maintained.
  • Creating Invoices in Tally and sharing them with the client.
  • Payment Follow-ups with Clients and share the outstanding payment summary by mail.
  • Daily Status Report to be shared with the Management.
  • Maintains an accurate Filing and record-keeping system for all Company documents.

B)Statutory related
  • PF challan working and remittance online.
  • TDS challan preparation & remittance.
  • TDS Return Filing every quarter. (24Q and 26Q)
  • GSTR1 and GSTR 3B working to be prepared every month.
  • GST Payment Challan is to be generated as per the working prepared after proper reconciliation done with 2A.
  • Reconciliation of 2A with 3B and Books.
  • GSTR 9 Working Preparation.
  • Coordination with Internal and statutory auditors for queries.
C) Mandatory Skills:-
  • Good communication skills
  • Client co-ordination
  • Basic Accounting Principles
  • Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  • Calculating TDS, GST, PF, PT
  • Creating Invoice in Tally
  • MS Office
  • Financial Accounting
  • Time Management
  • Team Work
  • Sound knowledge of Return Filing
