Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Handle invoicing, billing, collections, and payment follow-ups with clients
- Manage vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with CA for GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and monthly reports
Administration
- Manage office operations, vendor coordination, and procurement
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files
- Oversee attendance records and leave tracking
- Handle office utilities, travel bookings, and general admin work
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools
- Good MS Excel and reporting skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or service industry preferred
