Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Mumbai. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and assisting in budget preparation. The role also involves data entry, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support during audits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software-Tally, data entry, and reconciliation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial reports.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience or internships in accounting or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
