Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries, including vouchers, invoices, and journal entries
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Support bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
- Assist in GST compliance, including data preparation for returns and reconciliations
- Support TDS accounting and basic compliance documentation
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment processing
- Assist in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform any other accounting tasks as assigned by seniors
