Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Indirect Taxation Work on GST compliance, audits & advisory along with old ST/VAT legacy litigations
- Direct Taxation Work on income tax returns for individuals as well as body corporate/LLP/Firm/HUF - ITR, along with tax audits, transfer pricing, assessments proceedings, appeals (CIT, ITAT), and litigation.
- ROC & Statutory Compliance Work on end-to-end company law filings and audits (from incorporation to compliance)
- International Taxation & NRI Taxation Focus on USA, UK & Australia (from residency status to TRC, DTAA)
- Bank Audits Work on concurrent, statutory & system audits
- Work on cooperative societies & trust audits
- Work on information system audit & fraud detection
- Work on start-up assistance, fundraising & venture capital projects
