We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team at Erocare Industries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. Additional tasks include assisting in audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the senior accounting team as needed.

• Proficiency in accounting software, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes
• Experience in auditing and understanding compliance with financial regulations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
