Junior Accountant
Job Description
Seeking a Dynamic Junior Accountant for an FMCG brand based out of Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Handle data entry and bookkeeping using Tally and Excel.
- Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely vendor and client payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure clear financial communication.
- Maintain and update financial records in Zoho CRM for tracking orders, payments, and collections.
- Support audits and compliance-related tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and basic use of Zoho CRM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
