Junior Accountant

This is a full-time Junior Accountant role based on-site in Mumbai. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Other responsibilities may include assisting with budgeting, managing invoices, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks.

• Basic accounting skills, knowledge of bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Tally, or similar tools)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset to assist with budget planning and financial analysis
• Excellent numerical ability and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and tax systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in accounting or internship experience is preferred
