Job Profile
l Provide Software support to Clients.
l Provide Software training to Clients.
l Attend in progress calls with Live chat
l Attend Voicemails
l Installation of Desktop and Cloud.
l Report bug issues to developers.
l Emails to clients.
Job Requirements
l Good Command over the English language.
l Experienced Candidate Worked In BPO/Call Center Preferred
l I.T/Software Knowledge required.
l Experience - 2 or More years.
l Willing to work in Night shifts.
