We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM system, enhancing customer engagement, and driving customer retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform business strategies.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in CRM administration or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
