We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior Safety Officer to support site safety operations across our real estate construction projects. The candidate must hold an
Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of workplace safety standards, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies on construction sites
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards
- Support in conducting toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs
- Maintain records of safety audits, incidents, and corrective actions
- Assist in incident/accident investigation and reporting
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by workers
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to enforce safety practices
- Help in preparing safety reports and documentation
