Role: Jr. Accountant

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune (In-Office)

InCommon is hiring on behalf of an EPC firm that conceptualizes, designs, and delivers turnkey solutions for Indian industry. Operating across four verticals Defence Systems, Industrial Technologies, Affordable Housing, and Cybersecurity Altair identifies industry problems and builds end-to-end solutions to solve them, often becoming the OEM in the process.

About the Role We are looking for a Jr. Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations at our Koregaon Park, Pune office. This is an in-office role suited for someone detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.

What you'll do

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts
• Processing vendor and operational payments on time
• Recording and reconciling bank transactions
• Managing petty cash and expense tracking
• Supporting GST, TDS filings and basic compliance tasks
• Coordinating with the Finance Manager for reporting and audits

What we're looking for

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent; CA Inter considered
• 13 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
