Experience: 0 - 3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Location: One world by Sanjar, Malad West, Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Role Overview
This role involves end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management across multiple roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
0 - 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and networking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
