Java Technical Lead

We are a cutting-edge technology company seeking an experienced Java Lead to spearhead the development of our Java-based applications. As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers, designing and implementing scalable and efficient Java solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based backend solutions.

1. - Design and develop software systems using Java 8, Microservices, Spring Boot, and AWS.

- Write unit tests using Junit and Mockito to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Utilize Git for version control to collaborate effectively with team members

- Utilize Splunk for indexing and analyzing logs to ensure system performance and reliability.

- Integrate MongoDB and Elastic Search for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Java programming language.

- Experience with micro services architecture and design patterns.

- Knowledge/Experience on AWS cloud

- Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks like Junit and Mockito.

- Familiarity with Git for version control.

- Knowledge of Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.

- Experience working with MongoDB and Elastic Search for data storage and retrieval.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Prior experience in developing and maintaining scalable backend solutions.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
