Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and API development. The candidate will lead development teams, design scalable enterprise applications, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS), containerization, and database design is essential. Prior exposure to the Manufacturing domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement Microservices and RESTful APIs for scalable systems.
• Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Work with AWS cloud services and implement containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ensure smooth application deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance, and security.
• Understand manufacturing business processes and align technical solutions accordingly.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and API design.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong database design and development experience with PostgreSQL / Oracle.
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Understanding of system architecture and scalable application design.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
