We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Java Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies and AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud platforms, and Agile delivery, along with practical experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot for accelerating software development, code quality, and developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, and development of scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain Microservices,, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Drive technical solutioning, system design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams on clean code, design patterns, performance optimization, and secure coding.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Define standards and governance for responsible AI-assisted coding practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, observability, and reliability of applications.
- Lead CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and cloud-native deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and preventive solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI engineering tools and recommend process improvements for development efficiency.
Requirements
- Candidate should possess strong technical skills in Java programming, including Core Java, object-oriented programming concepts, collections, exception handling, multi threading.
- Good experience working with frameworks like Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for developing scalable and efficient applications.
- Proficient in database management using SQL, MySQL, and JDBC, along with building RESTful APIs and web services.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Git, Maven, Docker, and JUnit, as well as knowledge of microservices architecture, debugging, and software development best practices
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
- knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, including services and cloud deployment practices, along with an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
