Java Developer - 42Q Engineering

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, test (manual/automated), and document system changes and new subsystems in compliance with adopted development methodology and corporate security policies.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles with hands-on involvement in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Generate innovative solutions and explore creative approaches for system implementation.
• Create technical and functional documentation based on client requirements.
• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with management, business analysts, and project managers to ensure clear communication of progress and deliverables.

Qualifications Required

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience & Skills (Mandatory)

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Java 7+.
• Strong experience with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Proficient in SQL including writing stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Positive and professional attitude with a focus on quality and delivery.

Additional (Preferred) Qualifications

• Development experience in any UI framework: Angular (5+ versions), EXTjs, or React.
• Experience with REST web services development.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as SVN or Git.
