Java Developer - 42Q Engineering

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, test (manual/automated), and document system changes and new subsystems in compliance with the adopted development methodology and corporate security policies.
• Hands-on experience in developing software using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Apply innovative thinking to create out-of-the-box and alternate system implementation approaches.
• Perform activities related to creating documents for client requirements.
• Prioritize tasks and execute them throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Interface with management, analysts, and project managers to ensure effective communication of progress.

Qualification Required:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on development experience using Java 7+ versions.
• Development experience with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Experience in SQL including writing stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Positive and professional approach at all times.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in UI technologies such as Angular (5+ versions), EXTjs, or React is a plus.
• Additional experience in SQL development and REST web services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with source code version control systems like SVN and GIT.
