Roles & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge on any Dialer and IVR. Knowledge on voice technology and PRI.
- Skill on IVR development and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on integration of dialer with other systems and voice bots etc.
- Dialing strategy to setup outbound campaign and design outbound campaign strategy.
- Should be able to create custom report on Dialer.
- Should be able to interpret Dialer MIS.
- Should be able to support large volume of support tickets and user base.
- Knowledge on patch and compliance management.
- Knowledge on Aspect/Alvaria dialer would be preferred.
