Shift- Rotational Shifts with Roaster
Education- Technology Graduate - Any Specialization
Requirements-
A) Experience
. 2-4 years experience in Call Centre Technology
. Experience in Dialer, Windows Server, VoIP, Firewall, Router, Switch, Windows Systems.
B) Soft Skills
. Passion for Work, User Handling, Presence of Mind, Soft Spoken.
. Discipline & Punctual
. Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills
. Good spoken & written English language skills
. Should be good in email writing
. Fluent Communication.
Key Result Areas-
A) Technical
. Tech Savy.
. Good hands-on Call Center Technologies & should have worked with Call Centre Dialers.
. Good Knowledge about Windows Systems Dialer, VoIP, Firewall, Switch, Router and Computer Networking.
B) Client Service
. Ability to understand user problem.
. Can Act as a bridge between user and L3 Support Team.
C) Strengthening
. Hands on Experience on Cube Dialer will be added advantage.
. Good Knowledge about MS Excel and tools
. Good in Making Reports and Presentations.
. Should be okay for night shift.
