About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Engineer to serve as a point of contact for all technology-related needs within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT helpdesk tickets and provide timely resolutions
- Laptop and application setup and troubleshooting issues such as account lockouts and password reset
- Install, configure, and update authorized software applications as per organizational policies and following due process
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses and manage allocations
- Perform maintenance of IT assets as required, coordinating with vendor where necessary
- Proactively perform support activities and assessments to maintain stability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- M365 Admin certifications or experience
- Experience with IT troubleshooting
- Solutioning mindset, willing to coordinate with various teams and aligning on solution
- Attention to detail and following processes correctly to ensure compliance
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange / Intune / SharePoint administrator.
- Prior experience working in an IT services or consulting company
