Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Pune, for an Amazon Frontend Product Listing Specialist. The role involves creating and managing Amazon product listings, optimizing product details for improved visibility, and ensuring the accuracy of product images, descriptions, and specifications. The chosen candidate will analyze sales and traffic data, communicate with internal teams and clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure the success of the products listed on Amazon. The role also entails implementing best practices to maximize product performance and supporting overall Amazon store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience required
• Proficiency as a Product Specialist with knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and product listing requirements
• Strong Analytical Skills, including experience with data interpretation and performance optimization
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Understanding of Sales concepts and techniques, specifically in Ecommerce marketplaces
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain high accuracy in product data and listings
• Proficiency in MS Excel and similar tools is a plus
• Previous experience working on Amazon or other Ecommerce platforms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
