We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for IT issues and incidents via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and manage IT ticketing system, ensuring all issues are logged and tracked.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new software and systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
