Job Description

  • Should have basic technical skills like Java/DotNet, PL/SQL, OS/DB/Networking concepts/hands-on
  • Should have 2 (for degree holders) /3 (for diploma holders) years (as applicable) ofexperience in the particular application/technology.
  • Desirable
  • Should have minimum 1 year of experience in profile mentioned.
  • Should be able to identify the best application for the business need, installing the software and upgrading and repairing the software as needed
  • Should have working knowledge of computer administration as well as expertise with computer troubleshooting
  • Should have worked in SLA based delivery model.
  • Should be able to monitor the role out of new software of application, trouble shoot and resolving any problems with business application software.
  • Essential

  • Should have 5 years ofexperience in the particular application/technology.
  • Should have expertise in all skills/ experience mentioned for L1 application manager
  • Desirable

  • Should be able to manage software applications for business or client as per their requirement and able to identify application solutions keeping an awareness of the latest software.
  • Should be up-to-date with latest software developments
  • Should have worked in SLA based delivery model.
  • Preferable
  • Preference will be given to candidate having work experience in Large Scale Organization
  • Essential
  • Should have excellent technical skills like Java/DotNet, PL/SQL, OS/DB/Networking concepts/hands-on
  • Should have 10 years of experience in the particular application/technology.
  • Should have expertise in all skills/ experience mentioned for L1 and L2 application manager
  • Desirable
  • Should have worked in an IT Project management and have handled a team for at least 5 years and able to manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Should be up to date with latest software developments
  • Should have strong leadership, Management skills along with great analytical and problem solving skills to handle stressful situations
  • Should be able to monitor the role out of new software of application, trouble shoot and resolving any problems with business application software.
  • Should be able to create protocols and procedures for the use of any new software application
  • Should be able to train employees on the use of any new software applications
  • Should have worked in SLA based delivery model.
  • Preferable
  • Preference will be given to candidate having work experience in Large Scale Organization
