IT Services Delivery Manager (Senior, AI-First)
Experience: 7-10 years
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Remote)
Scope: Own 5-7 concurrent client projects (SMB, Startup, GovCon)
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead client governance and communication; deliver executive-ready written updates and crisp reporting.
- Right-size process by client type: GovCon/compliance rigor vs. lean startup/SMB speed.
- Maintain dashboards + RAID; identify early warnings; drive mitigations and clear tradeoffs.
AI-First Execution (Key Expectation)
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery synthesis, story quality, test planning/UAT, documentation, triage, and reporting (with confidentiality/compliance guardrails).
- Build repeatable AI-assisted delivery workflows that improve throughput and predictability across projects.
Pre-Sales + Solutioning (as needed)
- Support discovery calls, solutioning, LOE/estimation, and proposal inputs (approach, plan, governance, RAID, staffing, solution overview).
Technical Credibility (Dev Background Required)
- Strong engineering background; can guide feasibility/tradeoffs and roll up sleeves for triage and lightweight POCs/demos.
What We're Looking For
- Proven multi-project delivery leadership (5+ concurrent projects preferred) and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to build dependable delivery systems: playbooks, dashboards, governance, continuous improvement.
- Nice-to-have: SMB + startup + GovCon experience; Azure/cloud integration; modern web stacks; data/AI delivery patterns; PMP/Scrum.
