Module Lead

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using ReactJS and NodeJS.
• AWS Platform Management: Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
• Database Management: Design and optimize MySQL databases; experience with NoSQL databases is advantageous.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate actively in SCRUM meetings, sprints, and retrospectives.
• Unit Testing: Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Front-End Skills: Proficient in ReactJS with a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies.
• Back-End Skills: Expertise in NodeJS and server-side rendering.
• AWS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Database Skills: Strong experience with MySQL (required); familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.
• Unit Testing: Proficient in writing unit tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar.
• Agile Experience: Solid understanding and experience with SCRUM and agile development practices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
