We Are Hiring A Software/IT Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in selling software products, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, and customized IT applications to a variety of business clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process from start to finish, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through networking, cold outreach, and online tools.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients, highlighting how the software solves their business challenges.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales process from lead to close, maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by acting as a point of contact and providing ongoing support.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and provide client feedback for product development.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

- Technical aptitude and the ability to simplify complex information
- Experience in sales, with a preference for SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Proficiency with CRM software
Experience: 02-03 Years In IT Products/ Software Sales.
Qualification: Graduation in IT / Computer Science / MBA (Sales/Marketing)
CTC: Rs.05.00 To Rs.06.00 Lakhs Per Annum
