We are expanding our sales team and looking for a highly motivated Business Development Trainee who can drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Trainee who is confident in client interactions, proactive in lead generation, and strong in conversions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment with significant earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Conduct client calls, presentations, and requirement discussions
  • Prepare proposals, pitches, and commercial negotiations
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead to closure

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, and opportunities
  • Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, networking)
  • Work with internal teams for marketing campaigns and materials
  • Maintain and update CRM / sales pipeline

Revenue & Growth

  • Achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets
  • Contribute to company growth strategies
  • Provide market feedback and insights

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of client acquisition or revenue generation
  • Comfortable with client calls and presentations
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Experience in IT / software / SaaS sales preferred
