Job Title: Recruitment Sourcing Intern
Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcing Intern who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment. This role focuses on identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates through various platforms and innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Foundit (Monster), Naukri, and other relevant job portals
- Explore and identify new and alternative sourcing channels to improve candidate pipelines
- Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Screen profiles based on defined criteria and shortlist relevant candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for pipeline management
- Continuously analyze sourcing effectiveness and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical and research skill- sAbility to understand job roles and identify relevant candidate profile
- sGood communication and interpersonal skill
- sEnergetic, proactive, and eager to lear
- nBasic understanding of recruitment or HR is a plu
