We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
