We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
