OPEN POSITION: Sr RELATIONSHIP MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: Chennai (City MARKET`s)
ROLE DESCRIPTION: DOMAIN (RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SALES ONLY)
This Is a Full-Time, On-Site Role Located in Chennai Residential Market. The Sales Manager Will Be Responsible for Managing and Expanding the Sales Territory, Developing Sales Strategies, Building Client Relationships, & Meeting Sales Targets. Additionally, They Will receive Quality Leads and also get elevated to Lead a Sales Team on performance. Sales Executives will work Closely with Sales Team Lead, Internal Stakeholders to Drive Business Growth.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or A Related Field
2. Sales, Negotiation, & Communication Skills
3. Minimum, 2 Years of Relevant Work Experience
4. Knowledge of Chennai Residential Real Estate
5. Industry Knowledge and Trend Awareness
