We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates through job portals and social networks, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT skills and job market trends.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS and Excel tracking.
