We are looking for a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, including roles such as software developers, data analysts, and system administrators.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies to identify and attract top talent.
