We welcome both B.Tech freshers interested in recruitment and professionals with up to 3 years of experience in US Staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and deliver qualified IT candidates for US Staffing requirements within defined timelines.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Resource Managers, and the recruitment team to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to identify active and passive candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and work authorization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand and work with tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099, along with different work authorizations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, ATS updates, and process documentation.
- Stay updated with current IT market trends and sourcing strategies in the US Staffing industry.
- Follow recruitment processes and ensure quality delivery standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech freshers interested in Recruitment/HR are encouraged to apply.
- 1 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing or Technical Recruitment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with sourcing through job boards such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder is an advantage.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and social networking platforms for talent sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with Ceipal ATS is a plus.
- Self-motivated, process-driven, and eager to learn.
