Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Lead IT Recruiter – US Staffing to join our growing recruitment team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements from Direct Clients/MSP/VMS.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates quickly.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage offer discussions with candidates.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly submission and closure targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update ATS regularly.
- Ensure quality submissions within client TAT.
Required Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong experience working with technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
- Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and employment models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
