Job Description: IT Recruiter (Contract Staffing & C2H)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with strong exposure to Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring models. The role requires a solid understanding of the IT talent market, client requirements, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract IT candidates for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent roles using job portals, internal databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, role fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements, SLAs, rate cards, and priority positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract staffing, from requirement intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Handle documentation related to contract staffing, including pay rates, tenure, extensions, and compliance coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure timely submissions and follow up on interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with mandatory experience in Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT roles such as software development, infrastructure, networking, cloud, data, and support technologies.
- Hands-on experience working with staffing vendors, clients, and rate-based hiring models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, job portals, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
