You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and utilizing different methodologies to meet our hiring needs.
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, focusing on contract hires for IT and roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Oversee the preparation of offer letters, coordinate with the onboarding team, and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Desired Skills:
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on Permanent hiring for IT roles.
- Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
