Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience in IT hiring, specifically in contract staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT talent market.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for contract IT positions sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, references, and other channels.
- Understand job requirements and technical skillsets needed across technologies like Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on job fit, technical skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.
- Maintain and update the internal database and recruitment tracker.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
