Job Description

Evaluate resumes and applications, Match the most suitable candidates to different positions.
Reviewing a candidate's job experiences, negotiating salaries, and placing candidates in agreeable employment positions Receive monthly timesheets from Clients and process salaries as per billing details.
Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods.
Screening candidates to understand what they are looking for in a new role.
Ability to quickly assess issues and relevant information to make effective decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)• Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
Acute attention to detail and a dedication to providing high quality work services
Willingness to work hard with a positive attitude
Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information
