  • Reviewing a candidate's job experiences, negotiating salaries, and placing candidates in agreeable employment positions Receive monthly timesheets from Clients and process salaries as per billing details.
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods.
  • Screening candidates to understand what they are looking for in a new role.
  • Ability to quickly assess issues and relevant information to make effective decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
  • Acute attention to detail and a dedication to providing high quality work services
  • Willingness to work hard with a positive attitude
  • Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information
