We are looking for a passionate and energetic IT Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have experience in technical hiring and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical roles
• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Following up for feedback and offer discussions
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
• Achieving hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment
• Understanding of technical roles (Java, .NET, Testing, DevOps, SAP, Cloud, etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working on job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Ability to work from office (Bannerghatta Road)
