We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT positions, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment progress
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
- Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and best practices
