IT Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions. The recruiter should have experience working with job portals, social media recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Understand technical job requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
