Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated
IT Recruiter with 13 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand technical requirements and job specifications for different IT positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess technical and interpersonal fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and dashboards.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes are completed within timelines.
Required Skills
- 13 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
- Strong knowledge of IT skills, software technologies, and hiring trends.
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong candidate-screening and evaluation skills.
- Basic knowledge of ATS tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract roles.
- Good understanding of market compensation and benchmarking.
