About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of expertise in hiring for ERP, Salesforce, and other niche technology skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels in sourcing top talent in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including JD analysis, sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Source and hire talent across ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday), Salesforce, and niche technologies such as DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, pipeline updates, and sourcing channels.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings.
- Proven track record in hiring for ERP and Salesforce roles; exposure to niche tech skills is an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Good understanding of technical terms and IT job roles.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with ATS tools.
- Prior experience in volume or multi-location hiring.
