About Us:

IT Farmers is a growing organization in the IT Staffing. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent in the technology space.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements for IT roles.
  • Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company website.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT recruitment.
  • Knowledge of technical roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
  • Understanding of current hiring trends in the tech industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
