Job Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements for IT roles.
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company website.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of technical roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
- Understanding of current hiring trends in the tech industry.
