- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Strong Experience in Contract Staffing
- Experience in Hiring, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, techniques, and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and match candidates effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in IT recruitment or related fields is a plus
