We are hiring for IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter for Hyderabad Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and assess candidates technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer discussions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
