Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both Permanent Hiring and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) positions.
  • Source candidates for niche IT skills, including SAP modules, Oracle, Cloud technologies, ERP, Full Stack, Java, C++, .NET, DevOps, and more.
  • Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), networking, and references to identify quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication during weekdays and weekends.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, reports, and monthly closure metrics.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality candidate delivery for both C2H and permanent roles.
  • Apply good knowledge of screening, mass mailing, job posting & sourcing.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
