About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles. The candidate will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

.

Key Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Drive sourcing through internal referral programs and manage the Internal Job Posting (IJP) process to identify suitable internal talents.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates through proactive talent mapping and market research
  • Maintain and regularly update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support interview feedback collection and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholder
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment cycle
  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualificatiions

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or recruitment coordination
  • Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with staffing or consulting firms
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
