Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the requirement, use the tools like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools to source candidates in line with the requirement.
• Manage the end-end recruitment/hiring process for the organization (employees) and clients.
• Create the Job description in consultation with BDM, Leadership, publish/Post Job requirements in approved channels.
• Conduct telephone and face to face interviews.
• Report the recruitment/hiring status and updates on a weekly basis or as per the frequency set.
• Ensure regular touch points with prospective candidate till date of joining to keep the candidates engaged
• Connect and collaborate with client stakeholders
• Handle the Australia consultant requirements.
Key Requirements:
• 1+ years experience as HR
• Handled HR function for an org
• Handled recruitment/staffing for the org
• Knowledge of HR best practices in the industry
• Been part of growth of the organization and handled the hiring needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written communication skills
